FAQ

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

This varies, and depends largely on what you need. A DJ is the cheapest, then the sound system comes next, and then the band. Things like timings and location make a big differnece too. Particularly with the band. They are based in London, and if they're able to get back to bed, you can save on 8 x hotel beds!

WHAT DO I NEED?

Each DJ can play for 2.5 hours. Most bands can play for 1.5 hours. Then you'll obviously need the speakers. If you're using a venue that claims to have all the necessary gear, we can check with them to make sure all is present and correct. We can also sumpliment any exisitng equipment with our own kit.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE?

We try to be a one stop shop. So the list can be as small as some space, and some electricity (we do not provide generators). However, there are things you may want, such as a stage. When we know what you need us to provide, we can then give you a list of what we would need from you, and what the best plan is to get it!. With events, most people have set roles, for example, we would speak to your venue company about Power, and your caterers about a table (should we need one).

HOW DO I BOOK?

We like to do as much over email as possible, as then everythig is written down. If you would like to meet in person, we can certainly come and visit you as well. The starting point, however, is using the above for to email us

WHO WILL COME?

This again depends on what you need, but we will make sure you know who is coming, when they are due to arrive, and how you can contact them.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

Once the cost has been established, we take a deposit of 25%, and then we sort out the balance after the event. Cancellations can be refunded, right up to 24 hours before the event. We ask for paymnet via BACS or Cheque, and issue inovoices to all clients.
